Pinwheel Baby Blanket

My pinwheel Baby blanket is slowly progressing. Actually, I am on the border and just passed the 4/5 mark on the border. Once that is done I will still need to weave in the ends. I am also thinking about making a hat to go with it. I reminds me of cotton candy.

If I do another one. . . I would use a thicker yarn and bigger needles. Also I would put markers where the yarn overs go, to keep track so you don't have to continually count. This page gives me such inspiration to make another.

This Week

Even though I said I am going to trim my stash before I start buying yarn again, I saw some Christmas yarn at JoAnn's which was such a good deal I could not pass it up. So now, I need to think of something to make with it. . .all the possibilities.

Stocking
Throw
Tree Skirt
Ornament
Dog Sweater
Tote
Gift Bags
Wine Cozy . . .

Also, I had forgotten I put an order in with Bob for some purple/gray wool, so I need to find a project for that as well.

3 Neck Scarfs

I finished the 3 scarfs for my mom with over a week to spare before Christmas, and she loved them!

All three were done in a different pattern, out of a different ribbon/railroad yarn.

Scarf for my new coat - FInished

I have finished my black-gray-white scarf to go with my new coat.

I combined a black-gray-white Squiggle from Crystal Palace and Black Plymouth Yarn Encore.
